Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to work carried out by Krivio Technologies. By sending an enquiry or agreeing to a proposal you accept them.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, price and timeline. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it starts. Published prices are starting prices; your proposal is the final price.
Payment
We start with a 50% advance and take the remaining 50% on delivery. We accept UPI, bank transfer, GPay and PhonePe. If you would like to discuss EMI, message us on WhatsApp.
Timelines
Website timelines (typically about 10 working days) begin once we have received your content and the advance. Delays in providing content or feedback extend the timeline.
What is not included
Unless your proposal says otherwise, domain names, hosting, paid advertising spend, third-party tool or plugin fees, and writing, photography or video production are not included in website prices.
Changes after delivery
Websites include 30 days of free minor changes after delivery, such as text, images and phone numbers. Larger changes, and changes after that period, are quoted separately.
Your content
You confirm that the content you give us (text, images, logos) is yours to use or that you have permission to use it.
Results
We build websites and run campaigns carefully, but we cannot guarantee particular search rankings, traffic or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
